We handle complete document preparation, processing, and attestation across all major UAE authorities, including the Dubai Health Authority (DHA), the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) / Emirates Health Services (EHS), and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).

What’s Included: Every application automatically receives two original copies of the birth certificate (one in Arabic and one in English). Clients can choose which copy they would like to have attested by MOFA.

Required Documents

To ensure immediate approval and prevent processing delays, please prepare the following documentation according to your specific scenario:

Standard Document Checklist (In-Hospital Births)

• Official Birth Notification from the hospital.

• Attested Marriage Certificate, OR an official declaration from the parents confirming parentage (certified by their home country’s Embassy or a Notary Public).

• Valid Passports and Emirates IDs of both the mother and the father.

Additional Requirements for Out-of-Hospital Births (Home Births)

In addition to the standard checklist above, you must provide:

• An official Court Letter confirming that the delivery took place at home, explicitly stating the date of birth, location, and parents' names.

Additional Requirements if the Father is Not a UAE Resident

If the child is born inside the UAE but the father holds residency outside the country, the following must be provided:

• An Attested Marriage Contract.

• A signed Declaration of Continuity of Marriage from the wife.

• A certified copy of the husband's passport, OR an official letter from his home country’s embassy confirming his nationality, OR an embassy-attested declaration from the husband establishing his parental relationship with the child.
