About Emirates Connect PRO

Applicable to PRO, Immigration, Visa Regularization, Absconding Removal, Fine Reduction, and Related Government Services.
This policy does not apply to Trade License Services, Company Formation Services, or Free Zone Visa Services.
Service fees vary depending on the nature and complexity of the case.
Starting Service Fee: AED 5,500
The exact service fee will be communicated to the client before commencement of the service.
An initial payment of AED 1,500 is required to open and assess the case.
This amount covers:
Case evaluation and consultation
Professional advice and guidance
Document review and verification
Administrative processing
Initial coordination with relevant authorities
The initial payment is strictly non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid before:
Drafting explanatory letters or submissions
Filing any application
Submission through government portals
Immigration visits
Any further processing as advised by Tawasul Alsada Document Clearing Services
Refunds are subject to the conditions stated below and are applicable only after proper submission of the application and receipt of an official rejection from the relevant authority.
60% refund of the second installment amount (AED 4,000).
60% refund of the second installment amount (AED 6,500).
A refund may be considered only when:
The application has been properly submitted;
An official rejection notice or rejection report is issued by Immigration or the relevant authority;
The client has provided all required documents and information.
A rejection report from the relevant authority is mandatory.
Refund requests will be processed within 45 business days from the official rejection date.
Refunds will be transferred only to the applicant's registered bank account.
The following charges are non-refundable:
Initial service fee
Government fees
Immigration fees
MOHRE fees
Typing charges
Fines and penalties
Third-party service charges
Any authority-related charges
Once the service has commenced, the client agrees that the case cannot be withdrawn until a final decision has been issued by the relevant authority.
Professional fees become non-refundable once processing has started.
These professional fees include:
Consultation and advisory services
Professional guidance and counselling
Document preparation and review
Coordination with Immigration and MOHRE
Administrative support
Case management and follow-up
Liaison with legal consultants, law firms, and authorized service providers where required
Client withdrawal or cancellation
Delay caused by the client
Failure to provide required documents
Submission of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information
Failure to attend mandatory appointments or immigration visits
Non-cooperation during the application process
All services provided by Tawasul Alsada Document Clearing Services are subject to UAE laws, regulations, and government procedures.
The final decision regarding:
Approval
Rejection
Fine reduction
Visa status amendment
Processing timeline
rests solely with the relevant UAE government authorities.
Tawasul Alsada Document Clearing Services does not guarantee:
Approval of any application
Fine reduction approval
Visa issuance
Specific processing timelines
Any particular outcome
Each case is assessed individually and may require additional review or coordination with relevant authorities.
The client remains fully responsible for all applicable:
Government fees
Immigration charges
MOHRE fees
Fines and penalties
Additional authority charges
Third-party professional fees (if applicable)
These charges remain payable regardless of the outcome of the application.
By engaging our services, the client authorizes Tawasul Alsada Document Clearing Services to:
Verify and review submitted documents
Prepare and submit applications where required
Communicate and coordinate with Immigration, MOHRE, and other government authorities
Engage authorized typing centers, PRO representatives, legal consultants, law firms, or third-party service providers when necessary
The client acknowledges and accepts such third-party involvement where required for case processing.
By proceeding with our services, the client confirms that:
All information and documents provided are true, accurate, and complete.
Immigration visits may be mandatory depending on the requirements of the case.
The service cannot be withdrawn once processing has commenced.
The refund policy and non-refundable conditions have been read and accepted.
No guarantee of approval, reduction, or timeline has been provided.
The final decision remains solely with the relevant UAE authorities.
Completion of all required forms and submission of supporting documents are mandatory before service initiation.
Tawasul Alsada Document Clearing Services shall not be held liable for any decision, delay, rejection, or outcome resulting from false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the client.
The client agrees to cooperate fully and maintain professional conduct throughout the service process to facilitate effective case handling.
